We all have problems and difficulties in life. One of the main things that helped me to get control of my life and my self is taking the middle path, essentially moderation. To be more specific to try to live in a way that will give me moderate feelings.
For example, I try to be in the middle of many personality traits. To be in the middle between spending my money freely and thriftiness ( i.e miserliness). Not to become very angry, but also not to crush my feelings of anger. Not to be between always joking around but also not to be too serious (a kill joy). Not to be a glutton, by over-eating and not to starve myself to loose weight.
The list goes on and on. This was mainly a decision to change my way of thinking and slowly things fall in place in my mind. then I chandge what I do and life is actually better. I hope that living moderately will help many people
